mini sessions

Thank you for your interest in booking a 2024 CHRISTMAS mini session with ABP! Please make
sure you read + understand all details below before securing your time!

For all minis, pricing is good for up to 4 people in your family/group. Additional people can be added for $25/person.

The Oak Atelier will allow pets for a $25 fee per pet. Superb Studio does not allow pets. Please take this into account when selecting your preferred mini - if wanting your furry friend to be included!

how it works

Once you secure your preferred time, I will get back to you within 24hrs with your contract + invoice. You must sign your contract and pay your 50% nonrefundable/nontransferable retainer fee within 24hrs. If your contract and retainer are not completed within that time frame, your mini session time will be released back to the public.

After signing your contract + paying your retainer fee, I’ll send over a questionnaire and our mini session guide. This way we can get to know each other better, and I can help you plan for our session together! Please have this form completed at least 48hrs prior to your session. The remainder of your payment is also due 48hrs prior to your session.

After we create the magic at your session, you’ll receive your sneak peeks within 48hrs and your final gallery within 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated, - all by email via a professional, personalized digital gallery. From there, you’ll have access to downloading your images!

Can I bring my furry friend to my mini session?

We love your furry friends here at ABP! The Oak Atelier sessions will allow pets for a $25 fee per pet. Superb Studio does not allow pets. We have to respect venue/site wishes, so please take this info into account when choosing which minis you want!

The 50% nonrefundable retainer is used to secure your date/time with us. Our mini session retainers are nontransferable as well due to minis being an exclusive, one-time session - they must be used exclusively on that date/time! Retainers are nonrefundable due to your session and time being reserved for YOU. Someone else could have wanted that slot before your booking information was complete, and it can be difficult to fill that spot when you cancel last minute.

All of our clients receive access to our mini session guide after booking. This will included information on what to wear, how to coordinate outfits in groups, access to a pinterest board for inspo, and more!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of your session so you don’t miss your time slot and throw off the schedule for the rest of the people that are booked for the day!
